| Michael promptly called me and was available on Saturdays - important for my schedule. I needed additional cable jacks installed for another TV and for highspeed modem for Internet. He was on time and took the time to explain additional things I would need for upgrade to Comcast's triple play that Comcast had not outlined for me. Now I am ready for Comcast's installation. | Michael spent longer on the project than he anticipated because of connectivity problems with the telephone company. He held firm with his rate and offered to come back again after the telephone company repaired their end of the wiring. |
