| Hit the submit key at 9:08, at 9:09, my phone rings and they arrange to have a plumber out. He arrives at about 10 and shows me exactly what is wrong and what he'd have to do to fix it. He had to replace the thermal overload circuit and a leaking heating element. Done by 11:30, total charge $329. A good deal compared to the competitors, who all wanted to sell me a tankless heater for $2-3K installed. Very happy and looking forward to a hot shower tonight! |
