Quick response. Reasonable estimate. Very professional, explained what was to be done and what was done. Very friendly. No surprises at the end. Wore shoe covers when walking on carpet.
Aqueduct Plumbing Company, LLC
Customer Rating:
Homeowner: Kari L.
Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
City: Houston, TX
We called asking for an estimate on some plumbing work. Billy was so nice! After we explained our problem, he actually told us that he thought it was something that we could do ourselves and didn't feel right having us pay him to do it. He then took the time to explain over the phone what to do and even went one step further by emailing a detailed picture. We really appreciated his willingness to help us out without asking for anything in return. We would definitely use Aqueduct in the future and recommend to friends. It's nice to work with a good, honest company.
