The service guy was late showing up (without a call) but other than that the service was quick. the price quoted was lower than others I had called so I was pleased with the service.

Showed up a little late without calling. Would have liked a call. Not complaining as much as
just suggesting he should consider doing this in the future.
But did an excellent job, came on a Saturday, corrected problem.
Very personable. Says he will be expanding into all home kitchen products.
