Met to discuss the project, toured a current project, executed the contract, showed them the condominium that I want to renovate, they took detailed measurements and provided me with a 'base sheet' or plan of existing conditions. We meet this Wednesday to go over preliminary conceptual designs

The wonderful of working with this company is the value of having an architect, interior designer and a builder together. This teamwork made the entire process easy, successfully and in the budget that we have planned. My husband and I enjoyed working with Dennis Kaiser, he is the Project Manager of our house. They keep us inform of everything and provide is guidelines and recommendations of each aspect of the project. I will hire them on a bit again....
