The work was done pretty much on schedule. The crew that did our job did a very good job and left the job site clean. Our only problem was in communications with our salesman Mike Morrison. We had to chase him to get an idea of the work schedule, and experienced several unreturned phone calls. The job was finished Tuesday, 6/9 and he still has not contacted us to see if we are satisfied or if we have questions. We have yet to sign an official contract, which is now more of a poblem to them than to us. We'll wait until they ask for their money. I would recommend them, with a caution regarding communications on the office end.

Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer in 77027

Very pleased overall with the job that was done. Jimi Morrison was very courteous and explained job well before it was done. My concrete garage floor was covered with an epoxy coating and then a urethane finish. There was a problem with the Epoxy coating - it was not mixed properly and therefore did not dry properly. American Coating fixed this problem immediately and put a new epoxy coat on. During the process dirt and leaves blew in because barriers were not put up to provent these things from blowing in. However, the last part of the job (Urethane Finish) was done with proper barriers, and there were no residual effects.
