First, I was not informed by the rep that the air intake would need to be relocated due to the size of the new unit; They had to cut a hole in my ceiling. I was totally unprepared for this. Then, several days later I discovered a crack in the celing near the new return. I informed the rep of this the next day and he is supposed to come by and take a look. Also, I noticed that the outside unit appears to be too far from the house and therei's a round gadget (my guess is a thermometer) attached to the hose and the thermometer bubbles because it has water i n it. Also, one of the installers spilled dusting powder all over the bathroom and didn't
