The work done was excellent. It was timely and professional. But it was unreasonably expensive.
Like anyone in this business, service men take advantage of customer’s “poor” state of mind.
My dining roof was leaking. After we determined that it was because of a leaky toilet upstairs we just turned it off. It stopped the leak and there was no more emergency. But since I had taken a day off I went ahead and decided to replace the toilet. Along with that I also decide to prevent future leaks, replace the connecting pipes and taps of the other several toilets at cost of $139 each.
