Gerald did a great job. Gerald is very knowledgeable and a professional as well. Gerald and the roofing contractor both walked the roof together as the inspection took place.
As Gerald loacted minor problems; the roofer took care of things as the inspection continued. The inspection was very detailed; the attic was inspected as well.
We would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof inspection. You will have peace of mind knowing the job will be done right the first time.
