Roger and his team are honest, respectful, and hard working experts in their field. They can get behind schedule, but that's only because they work until the job is done. Anyone could see the compressor was destroyed, but Chris wasn't happy until he found the cause which was a leak, then they put in a temporary unit. Roger did not pressure me to upgrade, or to buy anything else, he was open and honest and presented my options with objective advice. He doesn't settle for the cheapest equipment, he uses well designed systems and tailors it to the needs of your house, but his prices are very competitive. As an engineer I appreciate that.
