An electrician installing a new breaker box severed the phone lines into my house. He said nothing about it and then became "unavailable" after I discovered the problem. AT&T, to whom I've paid an extra fee every month for in-home repairs, REFUSED to repair the lines, saying that it was the electrician's fault and that HE should repair the lines (unfortunately, about what I've come to expect from AT&T!). I spoke with David around mid-day, at 2:30 pm he arrived and an hour later everything was repaired! Now THAT'S service!!!
