Company rep was great. Called and checked up on things. Did EXACTLY what he said he would do. The floor finishers they hired did only a fair job. They did make good on the project, but they had to re-do areas that they should not have had to. They used my vacuum cleaner to take up their dust. They forgot to tape up a doorway when sanding and dust got EVERYWHERE.... and so

We got off to a bit of a rough start when the first subcontractor did not show up for the job. American Floor followed up quickly and had a back up contractor on the job the next day, even thought it was a weekend. The contractor did a good job. A few small details that I determined after the job needed additional attention, were addressed immediately the same day I called. Overall very satisfied with the work product.

Refinish Wood Flooring in 77080
Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the work. The attention to detail was not quite up to the standards we were after, but all things considered the job looks great. Mike and his contractors were personable and reliable. The job was done in a timely manner. There is still one area of our floor that does not meet our satisfaction and we are hoping that will be taken care of in a timely manner.
